Oyster savoury salt made in the style of traditional French sel saveur

 

Clair de Lune Sel Saveur®

Our oyster savoury salt is made in the style of traditional French sel saveur, comprising wholly natural ingredients of seaweed, Moonlight Flat Oysters™ and sea salt. You can sprinkle it on raw fish dishes, salads, prawns, cheese, steamed rice, eggs, biscuits and other foods for an exotic reminiscence of the sea.

Clair de Lune Sel Saveur™ is already used by leading chefs in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra—you can buy it directly from Moonlight Flat Oysters—season permitting—we harvest in Spring, but it goes very quickly.
